Enjoy the authentic paella created by Paco Rodrigues, who was the 2014 Champion of the international paella competition, the Sueca International Paella Contest.
The most popular dish is the Valencian Paella, an exquisite dish made with traditional ingredients from the Valencia region, said to be the birthplace of paella, such as rabbit meat, escargot, and Moroccan beans.
We also have more than eight different types of paella available at all times, including "fideua," a paella made with pasta instead of rice.
